Shreve, Crump & Low is one of the oldest and most renowned jewelers in the United States, with a rich history dating back to 1796. Based in Boston, the company has been a trusted source of fine jewelry, watches, and luxury goods for over 200 years.
In recent years, Shreve, Crump & Low recognized the need to modernize its digital presence in order to better reach and serve its customers. The company embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation project that was led by myself, with the goal of improving the user experience, elevating the brand image, increasing online leads and sales, and showcasing its commitment to excellence.
